We are all facing some unprecedented times due to COVID-19. To ensure the safety of our team and our clients, we are practicing curbside care.
What does curbside care mean for you and your pet?
Our staff will come to your vehicle and escort your pet into our office while you wait either in your vehicle or on one of our benches. The doctor will then examine your pet and will call you to discuss your concerns, exam findings, and any recommendations and/or treatments, so please keep your ringer on. Please understand that these exams can take a little time because we want to ensure the best care for your pet.
As you arrive please park where you see our signs and take note of the number on sign. Then give us a call and a staff member will come out for your pet. For your protection and ours, please wear a mask while interacting with our staff.
Once the exam is complete, instructions are explained, and questions are answered, we will accept payment by phone to minimize social interaction. Last, a staff member will return your pet and any medications/products/special diet, etc. to you in your car.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation while we do everything we can to keep our community safe, while continuing to provide the best care to your furry loved ones!
We are all in this together.
